How the platform works

Once logged in, the user selects the social platforms or digital channels to monitor (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, forums, blogs, etc.).

Our proprietary artificial intelligence system analyzes public content and automatically detects negative, offensive, or defamatory comments, classifying them by:

• author (username or account);

• number of negative comments published;

• level of severity and reputational impact.

By cross-referencing digital, semantic, and behavioral data, Social Sentinel is able to link multiple profiles together and identify, with a high degree of probability, the individual behind an anonymous or fictitious account.

At this stage, the Vigilar Group investigative team comes into action: supported by AI, it analyzes the profiles to identify connections and possible real identities.

Once the identity has been verified, the internal legal team proceeds with sending a formal cease-and-desist notice and issuing a claim for damages, together with a request for the immediate removal of the offensive content.
